Important note to the Owners / Management at Pronto: There is a dish called TURINO is on your menu board in front. The dishes are tasty, so we give the place 5 stars. They also have polenta bowls, pasta, and gelato which look tasty as well. I like this because the environment is nice but you don't have to tip! A good place for a date at night. You order at the counter and get a buzzer to pick up your food when it's ready. The dressing has a stronger anchovy taste than I am used to, but my boyfriend and I both enjoyed it. The croutons and dressing are house made. Cesar salad: the small is plenty for one person. The other side option is slaw, but I choose potatoes over slaw any day of the week. House rosemary potato chips: included with every sandwich. Turino panini: cheeeeesy! I ordered this the first time and it was flavorful, but just had too much cheese for me. The herb mayo they put on it is really flavorful and elevates the sandwich. The bread is toasted really well - so beware! Your mouth may get torn up haha. The second time we ordered it, however, some of the avocado was not yet ripe so we had to remove the hard pieces. BLT (add avocado): bacon is always crispy and they give you a lot! They really layer on the avocado as well, so it feels more worth it. Thai fries: skinny fries topped with sweet chili sauce, ranch, sliced jalapeños, and green onions. We're usually in and out within 45 minutes. Their service is pretty fast and we're able to find parking easily. My boyfriend and I have been here twice for lunch because he works downtown. Luckily, Pronto can be found on terra firma. That also explains how the cornbread croutons are crisp on the outside and ever-so-slightly doughy inside. There is no other explanation for their flavor.
Savory gratification is provided by roasted chicken coated in tarragon dressing and it's followed by a punch of sweetness from dates that have no doubt been supplied by some alien civilization with highly advanced culinary skills.

The bread and everything in between will have you making those involuntary happy eater noises. I'll direct you here to the Turino Panini. There are a couple of terrific sandwiches on the menu. Highlights include the baked pasta and the pork fusilli. Their pasta dishes are rich-probably a tad more richness than any single human needs in one meal-and hearty appetites will be thankful. The price points may edge toward the high side but you get a lot of food and most selections will leave you patting your belly in utter satisfaction. Order at the counter, sit and eat or take it to go. This is my go-to place when I want super delicious food, quickly and easily.
